Your data is yours
The pet profiles, records, notes, and documents you add to PetMyDear belong to you. We use your information to provide the app's features — reminders, records, Ask AI, and the rest — not to build a profile of you to sell.
We do not sell your data
PetMyDear does not sell your personal information. Some features rely on service providers — for example, Ask AI sends your question and relevant context to an external AI provider to generate a response. The Privacy Policy describes what is shared and why.
How we protect information
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you store in PetMyDear. No app or online service can promise perfect security, so we focus on limiting what we collect, using it only to run the app, and giving you control over your data.
You control what you share
Features like Credential Packs and Lost Pet Mode only share what you choose to include. A Credential Pack shares the records you select via a link you can set to expire and revoke; Lost Pet Mode shows only the details you decide to make public. Share only what you are comfortable sharing.
Deleting your account and data
You can delete your account and associated data at any time from the app settings, or through the Data Deletion Request page. See the full Privacy Policy for retention details.
Payments
Any paid features are billed through the app marketplace you use (such as Google Play or Apple). Those marketplaces process your payment; PetMyDear does not store your full payment details.
