Delete Your PetMyDear Account
You're in control of your data. Use the verified request form below, or delete your account directly in the app, to permanently delete your PetMyDear account and the personal data associated with it.
Delete from the app
Depending on your app version, you may be able to delete your account directly in the PetMyDear app at Settings → Account → Delete Account. Once the in-app deletion feature is available in your app version, this is the fastest path.
What gets deleted
- Your PetMyDear user account and login
- Your profile information
- Pet profiles
- Care history and care notes
- Reminders
- Medication records
- Vaccination records
- Vet visit records
- Uploaded photos
- Uploaded documents
- Ask AI conversation history
- Push notification tokens
- Other data associated with your account
Deletion does not remove data independently owned by another household member who shares a pet profile with you — see our Privacy Policy for how shared household data is handled.
What may be retained
- Security and fraud-prevention logs, for a limited period
- Records we are legally required to keep (for example, billing or dispute records)
- Support correspondence related to your account
- Backup copies, until they are overwritten under our normal backup-retention schedule
- Aggregated or de-identified analytics that can no longer identify you
Verification & timing
After you submit the form, we send a verification link to the email address you entered. Clicking it confirms the request came from you — we don't take any deletion action from the form alone. Once verified, we aim to complete deletion within 30 days; limited backup copies may persist up to an additional 90 days under our normal backup-retention schedule.
